Steps to take

Listing Your Property: As Easy as 1…2…3 !

STEP ONE: Request Information

Fill out a simple form with your name, the physical address of the property, and an email address or postal address.  Within 24 hours (via email) you will receive ALL the paperwork needed to get your property on the MLS!  There is NO commitment at this point.  Fill it out and send it back, read it and think it over…whatever you would like!

STEP TWO: Fill out the paperwork

There are some state mandated listing forms to be filled out as well as property disclosures (for example, is there vinyl siding or wood siding on the house? It there a well or is there a public water supply?).  We will also need a copy of your current deed and copies of the most recent tax card and tax bill, which are both either available on-line or at your town offices.

STEP THREE: Return paperwork with payment and pictures

Return all of the paperwork with full payment and digital pictures to The Red House Realty Group. Documents can be returned via US Mail, email or fax.   Payment can be via check or secure on-line credit card payment.  Photographs must be digital, and can be sent via email.  Once we have all the necessary documents, your property will be on the NH MLS within 24-48 hours!

….Your Property is on the Market!

Your property is now visable to ALL New Hampshire real estate agents  on the NH MLS system as well as on all of the major real estate search engines – NNEREN.com, REALTOR.com, REMAX.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com…. the list goes on and on! (see complete list HERE)  The listing will look NO different than any other agent-listing property.  Agents will see your contact information listed and will be contacting you directly for all inquiries and showings!

**As with any legal situation, The Red House Realty Group highly recommends that you obtain the services of a lawyer to guide you through the transaction.  You will need to employ their services for the closing anyway, so it is best practice to get them involved right from the beginning.
